As a reminder the parking permits policy will be in affect by November 25th , so if you have not come to the office to sign the addendum and obtain the permit pass please do so no later than the 25th. We hope that you’re all now finding it easier to park! We have still been getting multiple complaints about dog poop on the property. As another reminder, as a pet owner you are responsible for cleaning up after your dogs while taking them out, we appreciate your cooperation on this matter.

Blue Point Residents, Some of you may have noticed in the last couple months, we've had some new maintenance staff. We would like to welcome Arturo, Cathan, and Tim to our team! Following that, with Fall upon us we would like to remind everyone to tidy up your patio's ( planter's and any Summer toy's). Please note we need ALL PLANTERS and any other item's REMOVED FROM PATIO LEDGES IMMEDIATELY. Unfortunately, this has proved to be a safety concern.

With the wonderful summer evenings approaching, it's time to entertain some friends on your porch or patio. Mix up a pitcher of your favorite drink, make some chips and dip, like a citronella candle to keep away skeeters and invite over your closest friends for people watching, a board game or some patio dancing.Be sure to invite your neighbors and remember to keep the noise down to avoid upsetting others. Get out and enjoy that summer breeze!
